&lt;p&gt;If you fancy something chocolately, fudgey and almost unhealthy tasting, try this!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mash 1/3 of a large banana in a small bowl with a fork, continuing to mash until it’s like a puree.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add as little or as much cocoa powder as you like - I used about 1/2 tsp, and stir until all mixed in. You could also add a natural sweetener like stevia if you wish, but mine was delicious without. (The riper the ‘nana, the better!)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Spread on to a brown rice cake and top with slivered almonds and shredded coconut. You can really play around with toppings here! Cinnamon, pumpkin seeds and dried fruits would all be awesome too.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;Voila! A healthy (vegan) chocolate snack. You can thank me later. ;D&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;(Serves 2-3)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Based on &lt;a href="http://bit.ly/uHUr5i"&gt;this recipe&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 1/2 cups sliced pear&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 T lemon juice&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 T arrowroot (or cornstarch)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/4 tsp each cinnamon and ginger&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/8 tsp salt&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 cup plus 1/4 cup shredded wheat, crushed (I used Post wheat-n-bran. You can try rice chex or crispies or flake cereal for a gluten-free version.)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 T maple syrup, agave, or brown sugar (If I’m serving this to friends, I’ll add the sweetener. But I actually like the recipe without it. So if you want a very &lt;em&gt;slightly&lt;/em&gt;-sweet recipe, you can omit.)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 packet nunaturals stevia (Or omit and use 1/4 cup sugar.)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 T melted margarine, such as Earth Balance (or sub oil and add 1/8 tsp salt). If you want a fat-free crisp, double the applesauce and omit the margarine.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 T applesauce (For a more buttery taste, replace this with an extra T of the margarine)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 container non-dairy yogurt: vanilla or plain (I used SoDelicious)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Preheat oven to 350F. Mix the pears, lemon, arrowroot, spices, 1/2 the salt, and 1/2 the sweetener in a bowl. Let sit for ten minutes. Meanwhile, stir the crushed cereal, remaining sweetener, remaining salt, melted margarine or oil, and applesauce in a bowl until well-blended. Spread the pear mixture in a small baking pan (such as a 4×7), and top with the cereal mixture. Bake for 45 minutes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Just before serving, mix each portion with some of the yogurt. Alternatively, you can skip the yogurt and serve the breakfast cobbler with a scoop of vegan ice cream instead!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nutritional Info:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Each serving (&lt;em&gt;with&lt;/em&gt; the sugar and added fat) will have:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;210 calories (or 230 for the pear version)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 grams of fat&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;0 mg cholesterol&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;8 grams fiber!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;(Nutritional info also includes the yogurt.)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;1 head of garlic, cloves removed and peeled&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tablespoon olive oil&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/4 cup fresh dill&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3/4 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 15-ounce can of artichoke hearts, chopped&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 red onion, sliced&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3-4 campari tomatoes, cut into wedges&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 roasted red pepper, cut into slices&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Prepare your pizza dough as instructed. While dough is rising, prepare the crazy feta (or do this before hand – your preference). As I roasted the garlic for the crazy feta, I also tossed the loose garlic cloves listed above in the ingredients list in a tiny bit of olive oil and “pre-roasted” them for 15 minutes. I also took this time to squeeze out the moisture in the artichokes with a dish towel.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Once your dough is ready, roll into your desired shape and brush with olive oil. Top with a bit of fresh dish, then layer on mozzarella cheese, artichokes, olives, red onion, red peppers, tomatoes and crazy feta. Scatter the semi-roasted garlic cloves over top. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until cheese is golden and crust is crispy. Top with a handful of fresh dill before serving. Serve with hummus for dipping if desired.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It’s lunch time! This sandwich is something that I randomly just through together. I doubt I’m the first one to come up with this combination but I don’t care, I’m officially branding this the ATC, after my favorite gym in the city, ATC fitness. ATC = Avocado, Tomato, Cheese. Again, this is freakishly adaptable as you can substitute whatever you’d like. Add more veggies, take out the tomato, add zucchini, add some mustard, change the cheese, I wanted to do this with Gouda, we didn’t have any. Use a lower calorie, different kind of bread. Adapt your heart out.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;2 slices whole wheat bread&lt;br/&gt;1/2 ripe avacado&lt;br/&gt;3 slices ripe tomato&lt;br/&gt;1oz shaved parmesan cheese&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;On one slice of your bread lay your avocado, feel free to smash up your avocado, use guacamole, etc etc, your 3 slices of tomato, and your 1oz of shaved parmesan in whatever order you’d like. Top it with the other piece of bread.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Using a pan, a panini maker, or a pan plus something to smash the sandwich with, heat the sandwich until the bread browns and the cheese melts.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Eat your heart out.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;1 whole sandwich has:&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;343 calories ; 31 carbs ; 20g fat ; 19g protein&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 very ripe bananas, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;⅓ cup almond butter (can substitute peanut butter)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;¼ cup bittersweet or dark chocolate chips&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;chopped almond and chocolate for garnish (optional)&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Place the bananas and almond butter (or peanut butter) into the blender. Begin blending and quickly increase speed to high. Once everything is slightly combined, stop and add the chocolate chips.  Turn the machine back on and again increase the speed to high.  In about 10-30 seconds, the sound of the motor will change and mounds should appear in the mixture.  Stop machine immediately or melting can occur. If using a food processor: In a food processor combine the bananas and almond butter.  Process until almost smooth.  Add the chocolate chips and process until well combined.  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Scoop into bowls, top with chopped chocolate and almonds, if using, and serve immediately. &lt;/li&gt;
